How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No handling fees, no surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing — ink is applied directly onto the fabric, producing vibrant, full-color prints that feel soft to the touch. DTG works especially well for detailed artwork and photographic designs. Colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. fabric; we recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) for the best result.
Our DTG prints are built to last. To keep colors vibrant: wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid bleach. Following these steps will keep your print looking fresh for years.
For the sharpest print quality:File formats: PNG (preferred), JPG, SVGResolution: 300 DPI or higherBackground: Transparent PNG works best for logos and illustrationsLow-resolution images will appear blurry in the final print. Our design tool will warn you if the resolution is too low.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart. If you're between sizes, size up — our tees run true to size.
Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors — please check the size chart carefully before ordering.However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you designed, we'll reprint or refund it — no questions asked. Just email us at info@nokaprints.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, or if it's been significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@nokaprints.com. We'll investigate and make it right.
Yes! For orders of 10 or more items, contact us at info@nokaprints.com for a custom quote. We work with sports teams, schools, companies, and event organizers regularly.
Yes — each item in a group order can be a different size. You can mix sizes in a single order as long as the design is the same. For mixed designs, contact us and we'll help coordinate.
